About Us

We are a small but established Ayurvedic raw materials trading business looking for a dependable Sales & Admin Assistant. The role involves supporting day-to-day operations, handling sales communication, coordinating with suppliers, and managing basic administrative work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound sales and follow-up calls to customers and suppliers.
  • Negotiate purchase rates and coordinate with different suppliers based on product grades.
  • Maintain rate sheets, data entries, and product records using MS Excel; prepare documents using MS Word; handle daily email communication.
  • Organize files, manage paperwork, and support routine backend tasks.
  • Learn and understand the trading workflow over time to help improve efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Basic English for calls and emails; strong command of local language(s).
  • Good communication skills and phone etiquette.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
  • Strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Prior sales or admin experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
