We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) who can effectively generate new business through online bidding platforms, client communication, and lead management. The ideal candidate must be proficient in spoken and written English, hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, and have a passion for sales and technology.
Responsibilities:
- Bidding on various platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
- Generate qualified leads from bidding platform.
- Analyze project requirements and create cost and time estimates accordingly.
- Client Communication & Coordination.
- Interact with international clients via chat, email, and voice calls to gather and understand project requirements.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate understanding and scope documentation.
- Prepare high-quality proposals, cover letters, and presentations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Office Timings: (Monday to Friday)
1) Morning Shift
>> 06:00 AM to 03:30 PM (30 Minutes Break Included)
2) Noon Shift - Only for Boys on rotation basis.
>> 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM (30 Minutes Break Included)
3) Regular Shift - During training period of 1-2 Months
>> 10:00 am to 7:30 PM (30 Minutes Break Included)
Note : **The above shifts rotate every month**
