We are looking for a driven and proactive Sales / Business Development Executive to manage lead generation, follow-ups, and closing for our coaching and training programs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and persuasion skills, an understanding of coaching, NLP, or personal development services, and the ability to engage both local and international clients. This role requires flexibility in working hours and occasional travel to support the coaching unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate, manage, and qualify leads through calls, online inquiries, and referrals
- Conduct sales calls, consultations, and follow-ups to convert leads into enrollments
- Close sales and achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets
- Communicate program details clearly to Pakistani and international clients
- Coordinate with the coaching and academic teams to align sales messaging
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and client interactions
- Support on-ground activities, workshops, or events when required
- Travel as needed to assist the coaching unit or attend assigned activities
- Report sales performance and pipeline updates to management regularly
Working Hours:
- Afternoon to early evening shift, designed to cater to both local and international time zones
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition
- Background or familiarity with coaching, NLP, training, or personal development programs (preferred)
- Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Willingness to travel when required
- Comfortable working flexible hours
