Core Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identifying new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry trade shows like World of Concrete.
  • Consultative Selling: Meeting with clients to understand project needs and recommending specific products or equipment solutions.
  • Bid Management & Estimating: Preparing detailed project proposals, cost estimates, and construction bids.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Leading contract negotiations to finalize terms, pricing, and delivery schedules while maintaining profitability margins.
  • Relationship Management: Building long-term partnerships with general contractors, subcontractors, and property managers to ensure repeat business.
  • Reporting: Utilizing CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Procore) to track sales pipelines and provide performance reports to senior management.Core Responsibilities

Typical Qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering(or previous experience in construction company) or Construction Management is standard.
  • Experience: Most roles require 1–7 years of sales experience, ideally within the construction or building materials sector.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of construction methods, materials (steel, lumber, concrete), and safety regulations is critical.
  • Travel: High willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings, often requiring a valid driver's license.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
