Sales/Customer Service - ARABIC SPEAKER ONLY

We are seeking an Arabic-speaking Customer Support & Sales Representative with prior experience working in a medical clinic. The ideal candidate will handle patient inquiries, support appointment scheduling, and assist with sales and follow-ups .

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, messages, and inquiries in Arabic & English
• Assist patients with appointment booking, confirmations, and follow-ups
• Explain clinic services, treatments, and pricing clearly and professionally
• Convert inquiries into booked appointments (sales-focused role)
• Maintain accurate patient records and CRM updates
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and front-desk staff
• Handle patient concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Meet daily/weekly booking and sales targets

Requirements:

• Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory)
• Previous experience in a clinic or healthcare setting (mandatory)
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Customer-service-oriented with a friendly attitude
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of medical or aesthetic services is a plus

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
