Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position. The Sales Customer Service Representative will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer support inquiries, and enhancing the overall customer journey. The role involves managing communications, providing product information, closing sales, and maintaining records for management review.
Key Responsibilities

· Deliver excellent sales customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction.

· Handle inbound and outbound customer support inquiries.

· Build strong UAE visa knowledge across all Al Hadaf Tourism services.

· Conduct research using available resources to answer customer questions.

· Engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and service-oriented manner.

· Provide accurate and timely responses regarding quotes, bookings, order status, complaints, returns, and service details.

· Promote and cross-sell additional services to meet individual and team sales targets.

· Maintain daily logs, documentation, and reports for review by sales and executive management.

· Manage customer data and communication effectively through CRM systems.

· Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals.

Qualifications

· Proven experience in customer service.

· Previous experience in the travel & tourism industry is preferred.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to manage customer experience professionally and patiently.

· Problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

· Experience in sales and achieving or exceeding sales targets.

· Call-center experience is a plus.

· Proficiency in CRM systems is required.

· English & Urdu proficiency preferred.

· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
