Sales/Customer Service Specialist

British Swim School is seeking fun upbeat and charismatic people to be part of our sales and customer experience team.

We have pools in Villa Park/Oak Brook area, Lyons, Oak Lawn and in Lake County. However, our office is located at 10 E Roosevelt Rd in Villa Park, IL. This is not a remote job.

Key Responsibilities include

• Manage, maintain, and close inbound/outbound inquiries through multiple sales channels, while focusing on a high-quality customer experience.
• Create personalized experiences for our customers by providing support and responding to customer inquiries over phone, email, live chat, and in person.
• Consistently seek ways to improve the customer experience while adding value to every interaction and the BSS team.
• Responsibility and accountability for meeting individual and team goals in a sales driven environment.

• Ability to think critically and adapt quickly in a flexible environment.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
