Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and motivated Sales & Design Consultant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for design, a passion for luxury furnishings, and strong sales skills. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide expert recommendations for both indoor and outdoor spaces, and guide them through the sales process from start to finish.

• Competitive Pay: $20/hour to start, with commission potential of $50,000 - $100,000 per year

What You’ll Do

• Engage with customers to understand their indoor and outdoor furniture needs and recommend design solutions
• Build strong relationships and trust with clients to create a seamless buying experience
• Assist clients in selecting the perfect furniture, décor, and accessories from our luxury collections
• Process orders, take payments, and ensure smooth transactions
• Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Stay informed on the latest design trends, furniture styles, and competitor products
• Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for design and creating beautiful living spaces, both indoors and outdoors
• Strong sales skills and a customer-focused approach
• Excellent communication and active listening abilities
• Coachable and adaptable mindset with a desire to grow
• Professional and polished appearance
• Prior sales and/or design experience preferred (furniture, interior design, or outdoor living experience is a plus)
• Positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, must be available Saturdays and some holidays
• Work Location: In-store and client home appointments as needed
• Compensation: Base pay + uncapped commission and bonuses
