What You’ll Be Doing:
Delivering Outstanding Customer Service:
- Assist customers in finding the perfect furniture and décor that fits their needs, style, and budget.
- Build lasting relationships with customers by providing personalized advice and recommendations.
Sharing Your Design Expertise:
- Help customers visualize how our beautiful furniture can transform their spaces.
- Stay up to date on the latest furniture trends and styles to offer the best design advice.
Making Sales and Earning Rewards:
- Use your sales skills to drive revenue and meet goals, with plenty of opportunities for bonuses and commissions.
- Keep customers excited and motivated to complete their purchases, ensuring a smooth checkout process.
Supporting Our Store’s Operations:
- Assist with product displays -- keeping the showroom looking fresh and organized.
- Work as part of a team to ensure that the store runs efficiently, and customers have a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with their furniture selection
- Work with customers to schedule delivery
- Follow-up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction
- Pursue leads from phone calls, emails, and company website
- Stay up to date on current furniture trends and manufacturer specs
- Help keep the showroom looking clean and professional
- Complete House Calls as requested to help customers with their design needs
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Other Duties as assigned
Required Skills:
- Customer service and/or retail experience
- Able to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Pass a background check and drug test
- Basic Computer skills
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Professional appearance
- Able to work independently
- Previous experience in commission-based sales preferred
- Previous experience/education in interior design/decorating a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
