Position:

As a Swann’s Sales and Design Consultant you will be providing a shopping experience tailored to each individual client. You will guide and assist customers with product selection and interior design solutions that will bring their decorating dreams to reality.

Responsibilities:

· Provide a “Focused, Proficient and Professional” customer experience.

· Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives

· Provide impeccable customers service and follow up to build relationships and repeat business

· Provide a unique custom tailored shopping experience that meet the customer’s vision and needs

· Assist customers with product selections and design solutions

· Schedule house call opportunities that lead to “In-store presentations”

· Inspire customers with our high-quality furniture offerings

Requirements:

· Sales and or Design background preferred

· Professional appearance and attitude are critical in this role.

· Willingness to gain on-going product knowledge through periodic training and education.

· People oriented with excellent communication and strong customer service skills

· Must be able to work Saturdays

· Some travel may be required
