Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking motivated, energetic, and team-oriented Sales Associates to join our growing company. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and enjoys helping customers bring their vision to life — this role is for you.

Previous experience in sales is preferred, especially in the kitchen, furniture, or home improvement industry, but we’re open to training the right person. A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering great customer experiences are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Create kitchen designs using 2020 Design software
• Prepare accurate and timely estimates for clients
• Guide clients through product selections and project decisions
• Actively follow up with leads and maintain client relationships
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
• Develop in-depth knowledge of our products: cabinets, countertops, flooring, tile, hoods, installations, and more

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 (based on experience)
