Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales Executive with strong telecalling skills to handle dental enquiries, provide product/service information, and convert leads into appointments or treatments. The ideal candidate should be confident on calls, customer-friendly, and committed to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities1. Telecalling & Lead Management

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for dental enquiries.
• Provide accurate information about treatments, pricing, and offers.
• Convert enquiries into clinic visits, consultations, and treatment bookings.
• Maintain a high volume of follow-up calls to increase conversion rates.

2. Sales & Conversion Support

• Understand customer needs and guide them to the right dental solution.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets.
• Build strong rapport with potential clients to encourage bookings.

3. Coordination

• Coordinate with clinic doctors, front office team, and sales head regarding appointments.
• Update CRM with lead status, follow-ups, and customer notes.
• Ensure smooth communication between the customer and the clinic team.

4. Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction on every call.
• Handle objections, provide solutions, and manage escalations politely.
• Follow up with existing leads to bring them back for consultations/treatments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
