Location: DHA Phase 2, Near Giga Mall, Islamabad

Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Role Summary
Forgotten Women is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator Intern to support the management, development, maintenance, and optimization of our Salesforce CRM platform.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate, final-year student, or aspiring Salesforce professional looking to gain hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration, CRM Development, Automation, Reporting, Integrations, Data Management, Testing, and User Support within an international humanitarian organization.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Salesforce team and management while gaining practical experience across real-world donor management, fundraising, financial reporting, project tracking, and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration
- Assist in managing and maintaining the Salesforce CRM platform.
- Support Salesforce user management, including profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings.
- Assist with creating and configuring custom objects, fields, relationships, page layouts, record types, and validation rules.
- Support data management activities including imports, exports, cleansing, deduplication, validation, and reconciliation.
- Help maintain CRM data quality, accuracy, and integrity.
Automation & Development Support
- Assist with Salesforce Flows, workflows, automation processes, and business rules.
- Support testing and maintenance of existing automations.
- Assist with basic Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components (LWC), and Salesforce development tasks where required.
- Help document development changes and system updates.
Reporting & Analytics
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools.
- Support reporting requirements for fundraising, donor care, finance, operations, and project teams.
- Assist with data analysis and reporting for management decision-making.
Integrations & Systems
- Assist with Salesforce integrations and connected systems.
- Support data synchronization and validation between Salesforce and third-party platforms.
- Help monitor integration performance and troubleshoot basic issues.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Participate in functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Assist in testing new Salesforce features, automations, customizations, and integrations before deployment.
- Help identify, document, and report bugs, errors, and system issues.
- Support troubleshooting and issue resolution activities.
User Support & Documentation
- Provide first-level support to Salesforce users.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new users.
- Create and update user guides, SOPs, documentation, and training materials.
- Support system adoption and user engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Salesforce CRM, business systems, and process automation.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and database concepts.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a professional team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce Administration.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Flows, Reports, and Dashboards.
- Basic understanding of Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), or Salesforce development concepts.
- Experience using Salesforce Trailhead.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, or automation tools.
- Basic knowledge of software testing, UAT, troubleshooting, or quality assurance.
- Academic, internship, freelance, or personal projects related to CRM systems or Salesforce.
