At Modelit, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Salesforce AI Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across the Salesforce platform, combined with hands-on expertise in Agentforce, generative AI, and automation tools.
We seek a proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented professional who can design and implement AI-driven Salesforce solutions, with excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and customize AI-powered solutions using Agentforce and Salesforce AI tools and Data Cloud.
Develop reusable, optimized prompts using Prompt Builder grounded in CRM data.
Implement complex automations using Salesforce Flow.
Configure Experience Cloud and Omni-Channel to embed and enable Agentforce service agents within new or existing Experience sites.
Follow DevOps best practices, supporting CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions.
Requirements
3+ years of experience working with the Salesforce platform.
Hands-on experience with Agentforce and Salesforce AI capabilities.
Broad experience across the Salesforce platform with a strong understanding of its core products and capabilities.
Experience building automations using Salesforce Flow.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs.
Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
Strong understanding of data management, security, and Salesforce best practices.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Nice to Have
Proficiency in Apex development (classes, triggers, test classes).
Experience with MuleSoft or other middleware tools.
Proficiency in building and managing Experience Cloud sites
Experience with DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, Salesforce DX.
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator, Experience Cloud Consultant, AI Associate, OmniStudio Developer).
Experience working in Agile environments and remote teams.
