Overview

A leading manufacturing business in Austin is seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to support ongoing transformation initiatives. The role will focus on enhancing Salesforce functionality, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring alignment between business processes and system capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to gather and document business requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Support configuration, testing, and deployment of Salesforce changes (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related integrations).
• Analyse existing Salesforce usage and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Work closely with technical teams (admins, developers, integrators) to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Lead UAT activities, create test cases, and manage feedback loops.
• Provide end-user training and support during rollout phases.
• Ensure all solutions align with manufacturing workflows, including quoting, order management, forecasting, and customer support processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong experience with Sales Cloud ; Service Cloud and CPQ exposure preferred.
• Background working in or with manufacturing environments (process knowledge in orders, inventory, quoting, production, etc.).
• Excellent skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, project-driven environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Salesforce certifications a plus (BA, Admin, or Consultant-level).
