Salesforce Business Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY

The Salesforce Business Analyst serves as a key contributor supporting the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams within the Tech & Digital Strategy department, with a particular focus on Salesforce platform initiatives and CRM-driven process improvement. This role is deeply embedded in the Salesforce ecosystem, spanning requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, testing, and deployment. Working under the guidance of senior analysts and leadership, this role focuses on learning and applying business analysis fundamentals, including requirements gathering, documentation, testing support, and process analysis. The successful candidate will collaborate with business units, subject matter experts, and technical resources to understand business needs, document requirements, support project implementation activities, and contribute to system configuration efforts.

  • Provide project support, implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Fonteva AMS

PRIORITY WILL BE PROVIDED TO CANDIDATES LIVING IN THE DC METRO AREA(MD, DC, or Northern VA); you will be REQUIRED to come into the Arlington, VA office one day per week.

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related field with 3 years work experience, preferably in an e-learning environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Document and maintain business requirements in a clear, organized manner
  • Experience supporting Salesforce implementation and/or optimization projects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud an/or Fonteva AMS
  • Knowledge of salesforce platform fundamentals and core cloud functionality
  • Support end-user acceptance testing activities

WORK ENVIRONMENT
