Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to support an enterprise-wide CRM initiative. This role will act as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are accurately captured, documented, and translated into actionable deliverables. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, Informatica integrations, and Azure DevOps (ADO), along with a proven ability to work in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between clients, stakeholders, end users, architects, developers, and QA teams to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
  • Translate business needs into Product Vision, Roadmaps, User Stories, and Use Cases.
  • Create and maintain documentation including BRDs, process flows, ERDs, and functional specifications.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering workshops, business modeling sessions, and design walkthroughs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to define data flows, integrations, and Lakehouse components within the CRM ecosystem.
  • Write detailed requirements for Informatica integrations and ensure alignment with system architecture.
  • Support Agile processes by managing product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Work closely with Project Managers to ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Assist in defining configurations, security profiles, and user personas with functional teams.
  • Participate in development lifecycle activities including implementation and deployment support.
  • Support functional acceptance testing (UAT) and identify gaps in requirements or system functionality.
  • Contribute to preparation of training materials, user documentation, case studies, and RFPs.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud projects.
  • Proven experience writing requirements for Informatica integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), including user story documentation and acceptance criteria creation.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, SDLC, BPMN/UML, and process modeling tools.
  • Strong expertise in creating user stories, use cases, BRDs, and process maps.
  • Ability to create ERDs and document end-to-end data flows.
  • Experience collaborating with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and executives.
  • 6+ years of overall industry experience (BA or related roles).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce managed packages.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CCBA or similar).
  • Experience in industries such as healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, or eCommerce.
  • Exposure to enterprise CRM transformation projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Up to $55.00 per hour
