Position : SFRA Front End Developer

Exp : 3+ years (relevant SFCC/SFRA frontend experience with composable commerce).

We are looking for an experienced SFRA Frontend Developer with strong skills in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA), and Composable Commerce implementations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building user-friendly, high-performance storefronts and integrating front-end experiences with composable, API-driven ecosystems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain SFRA-based storefronts with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Implement composable commerce principles, integrating SFCC frontend with APIs, microservices, and headless systems.
• Build and optimize ISML templates, controllers, and UI components to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Collaborate with backend teams on SCAPI/OCAPI-driven headless integrations.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and accessibility.
• Work with design teams to translate wireframes and UX guidelines into pixel-perfect implementations.
• Optimize frontend performance for page speed, SEO, and Core Web Vitals.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) frontend development.
• Strong knowledge of SFRA framework and its frontend architecture.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, ISML, JSON, and AJAX.
• Experience with Composable Commerce and API-first/headless commerce implementations.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, SCAPI/OCAPI integrations.
• Experience with modern JS frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular) for composable UI development.
• Knowledge of Git/Bitbucket and Agile methodology.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

Position: SFRA Backend Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SFRA Backend Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce

Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA), and API-driven development

using SCAPI and OCAPI. The ideal candidate will build and maintain backend solutions, create

integrations, and ensure scalable, high-performance eCommerce applications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 Develop backend features and enhancements using SFRA framework (controllers, middleware,

services, jobs).

 Implement business logic and integrations with SCAPI (Shopper APIs) and OCAPI (Shop &

Data APIs).

 Work with Business Manager for site configuration, catalogs, promotions, and pricing.

 Develop reusable cartridges, services, and API layers for integrations with payment gateways,

OMS, CRM, analytics, etc.

 Optimize backend code for performance, scalability, and security.

 Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend issues in production and staging environments.

 Collaborate with front-end developers, architects, QA, and product teams to deliver end-to-

end solutions.

 Participate in code reviews, solution design discussions, and documentation.

Qualifications

 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/Demandware).

 Strong expertise in SFRA backend development (controllers, middleware, services, jobs).

 Proven experience with SCAPI (Shopper APIs) and OCAPI (Shop/Data APIs).

 Proficiency in JavaScript (server-side), Node.js, ISML, and JSON.

 Strong understanding of cartridge structure, and Business Manager.

 Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.

 Proficient with Git/Bitbucket.

 Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.

 Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

 Good to have composable commerce experience.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Professional Certification
• Salesforce certifications preferred (SFCC Developer).
