Salesforce Consultant (Sales, Service & Marketing Cloud)

Experience: 4–10 years
Location: Pune / Mumbai / Bengaluru / Remote (India)

About the Role:
Deliver end-to-end Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements and translate them into functional/technical solutions.
• Configure objects, flows, automation, and dashboards.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, LWCs, and APIs.
• Build SFMC journeys, email templates, and automations.
• Ensure data governance, security, and CRM adoption.

Skills: Salesforce Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud, Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, AMPscript, SQL, CTI/Omni-Channel.
Certifications (Preferred): ADM-201, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, SFMC Consultant.
