Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements for quoting, pricing, approvals, renewals, and contracts.
- Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce CPQ, including:
- Product and bundle configurations
- Pricing and discount rules
- Quote templates and document generation
- Contract lifecycle management
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to streamline CPQ processes.
- Build workflows, approval processes, and validation rules in Salesforce.
- Support and enhance integrations between Salesforce CPQ and ERP/Billing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues and ensure data quality.
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with developers for any Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning customizations.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience, with 3+ years focused on Salesforce CPQ.
- Hands-on expertise in CPQ features such as product setup, pricing, quoting, and contract management.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce administration (objects, workflows, reports, dashboards).
- Experience integrating Salesforce CPQ with ERP or Billing systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Administrator Certification preferred.
- Knowledge of DocuSign, Conga, or other document generation tools.
- Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools like Jira or Confluence.
