Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements for quoting, pricing, approvals, renewals, and contracts.
  • Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce CPQ, including:
  • Product and bundle configurations
  • Pricing and discount rules
  • Quote templates and document generation
  • Contract lifecycle management
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to streamline CPQ processes.
  • Build workflows, approval processes, and validation rules in Salesforce.
  • Support and enhance integrations between Salesforce CPQ and ERP/Billing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues and ensure data quality.
  • Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with developers for any Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning customizations.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience, with 3+ years focused on Salesforce CPQ.
  • Hands-on expertise in CPQ features such as product setup, pricing, quoting, and contract management.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce administration (objects, workflows, reports, dashboards).
  • Experience integrating Salesforce CPQ with ERP or Billing systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Administrator Certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of DocuSign, Conga, or other document generation tools.
  • Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools like Jira or Confluence.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
