About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ Consultant to lead configuration and implementation initiatives across diverse projects. The ideal candidate will translate complex business requirements into scalable CPQ solutions that streamline sales operations and enhance revenue performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements sessions to capture quoting, pricing, and approval processes.
  • Configure Salesforce CPQ features including product catalogs, pricing rules, discount schedules, and quote templates.
  • Integrate CPQ with Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service) and external systems (ERP, billing, etc.).
  • Provide documentation, user training, and post-deployment support.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, guiding clients and junior consultants on CPQ best practices.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ configuration and implementation experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud objects (Accounts, Opportunities, Quotes, Products, Price Books).
  • Experience with CPQ functionality such as product bundles, discounting, and quote-to-cash processes.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification (or willingness to achieve within 3 months).

Preferred:

  • Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification.
  • Experience with DocuSign CLM, Conga, or similar quote-to-cash tools.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite, ERP, or billing integrations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $51.44 - $80.00 per hour
