Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Experience: 4+ years

Location: Mumbai (Dahisar)

Contract Duration: Permanent (WFO)

Key Skills: Salesforce, .Net/ Node.js/React.js

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their healthcare business processes, requirements, and challenges. Conduct workshops and meetings to gather and document detailed requirements.
• User and Team Training: Provide training to end-users, administrators, and internal teams on Salesforce best practices, including Experience Cloud, Chatter, and Support Cloud. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.
• Salesforce Chatter: Implement and manage Salesforce Chatter and Chatter REST API to enhance internal collaboration and communication within client organizations.
• Support Cloud: Configure and optimize Salesforce Support Cloud (Tickets) to manage and resolve client support cases efficiently.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce solutions to ensure they meet client requirements and function as expected. Resolve any issues that arise during testing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Consultant) are highly preferred.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including customization, configuration, and integration.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Salesforce Chatter & Chatter REST API, and Salesforce Support Cloud (Tickets).
• US Healthcare domain experience is and added advantage
• Experience working with large healthcare organizations or hospital systems.
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and integration with Salesforce.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA, GDPR, and HITECH.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products. Experience with Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and third-party integrations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
