Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions with a focus on Digital Engagement (Live Chat, Messaging, WhatsApp, SMS, Web-to-Case, etc.).
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and architects to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Configure and customize Salesforce Service Cloud and Digital Engagement components to optimize omnichannel customer experiences.
Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and integrations with external systems.
Implement and manage Omnichannel routing, Chatbots, and Messaging platforms within Salesforce.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices in coding, security, and performance.
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Digital Engagement flows, integrations, and automation.
Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices.
Required Skills Qualifications
4 to 6 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Strong expertise in Salesforce Digital Engagement and Service Cloud.
Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience with Omnichannel, Live Chat, Messaging (WhatsApp, SMS, Facebook Messenger, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Chatbots, Flows, and automation tools.
Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer , Service Cloud Consultant, or Digital Engagement Specialist (preferred).
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
