Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer (Data Cloud) with hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform) and MuleSoft integration. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge in Automotive, Sales & Marketing, and Oil & Gas industries, with a focus on designing and developing data-driven, customer-centric solutions.

This role involves integrating multiple data sources, developing APIs, implementing real-time data synchronization, and creating a unified customer view using Salesforce and MuleSoft platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions for unified customer data, segmentation, and activation.
• Develop API-led integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform for seamless data exchange between systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs in Automotive, Sales & Marketing, and Oil & Gas domains into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Configure and customize Salesforce Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud components.
• Build and manage data models, mappings, transformations, and identity resolution processes.
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance with security standards.
• Troubleshoot integration and performance issues, ensuring optimal system performance.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, MuleSoft enhancements, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–4 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with focus on Data Cloud and MuleSoft integration.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud architecture – data ingestion, unification, and activation.
• Hands-on experience in MuleSoft integration design and development (System, Process, and Experience APIs).
• Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Good knowledge of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and API integrations.
• Domain expertise in at least one of the following:
• Automotive – connected customer data, dealer networks, after-sales analytics.
• Sales & Marketing – lead and campaign management, customer engagement.
• Oil & Gas – asset and operations data, partner relationship management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant / Platform Developer I or II.
• MuleSoft Certified Developer – Level 1.
• Experience with Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM.
• Exposure to CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, and cloud data services (AWS/Azure).
