Job Title: Salesforce Developer (Mid-Level)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Mid-Level Salesforce Developer with 4+ years of experience to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and customizing Salesforce applications to meet evolving business needs. You will be responsible for delivering robust and scalable solutions, integrating Salesforce with external systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Analyze business requirements and user stories to deliver technical solutions that align with best practices.
• Develop and maintain Lightning Components and Salesforce UI customizations.
• Integrate Salesforce with external applications and systems using APIs and middleware tools.
• Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues within Salesforce implementations.
• Collaborate with architects, senior developers, and functional teams to design scalable technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Document development processes, components, and configurations to support long-term maintainability.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the overall growth of the Salesforce team.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex , Visualforce , Lightning Web Components , and Salesforce declarative configuration.
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model , security , and sharing rules .
• Proven experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, external systems).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification is required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Platform Developer II or other relevant certifications.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, CLI, and automated deployment tools.
• Exposure to third-party AppExchange products and enterprise-level Salesforce implementations.
