Job Description

Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Location: Schaumburg, IL / Remote

Permanent Fulltime

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

7+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC),

Visualforce, and SOQL

Have good experience in Sales, Service and Experience cloud

Experience in Agenforce implementation.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, middleware like Mulesoft)

Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data models, and sharing rules

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps tools

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II

Responsible for gathering the requirements by coordinating with the business analysts, developers, and project managers, to better customize, and utilize the full functionality of the Salesforce.com

Lead technical design sessions and document technical solutions that are aligned to project objectives

Develop technical and conceptual design in support of the overall application design with respect to SFDC.

Design solutions and accordingly work with the team till deployment.
