Role Overview
We are looking for a Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Consultant to design and implement enterprise-grade solutions for banking, insurance, or financial services clients. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce FSC, OmniStudio, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud, along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and secure Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and customize Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) solutions.
Lead requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into scalable FSC solutions.
Design data models leveraging FSC standard objects (Households, Financial Accounts, Assets & Liabilities, Relationship Groups, Action Plans).
Configure Service Cloud & Sales Cloud features, including workflows, flows, validation rules, and automation.
Design security models, role hierarchies, and governance aligned with financial services best practices.
Integrate Salesforce with core banking/insurance systems and third-party applications.
Support UAT, deployment, and post-production support.
Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and developers across the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience
Core Salesforce Expertise: Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Model, Apex Programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
FSC & OmniStudio: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. Development experience with OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, and DataRaptors.
Functional & Domain Knowledge: Experience leading business workshops and solution design. Strong understanding of financial services processes and regulatory frameworks such as KYC, AML, and GDPR.
Domain Experience (At least one): Retail or Commercial Banking, Wealth & Asset Management, Insurance, or Mortgage / Lending.
Integrations & Architecture: Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations, data modeling, security, and automation using Flow.
