Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Salesforce Health Cloud / Marketing Cloud Analyst with 3+ years of IT experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking abilities, business acumen, and the capability to understand operational workflows supported by enterprise applications. This role requires collaboration with business stakeholders to optimize Salesforce solutions aligned with healthcare and marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and support business processes using Salesforce Health Cloud (Primary)
• Provide functional and analytical support for Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Secondary)
• Gather and document business requirements, translate them into functional specifications
• Understand end-to-end operational workflows and recommend system improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, developers, and architects
• Perform system configuration, testing, and user acceptance support
• Identify process gaps and propose scalable Salesforce-based solutions
• Support application enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience with:
• Salesforce Health Cloud (Primary focus)
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Secondary exposure)
• Strong understanding of business processes and operational workflows
• Excellent critical thinking and analytical capabilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to quickly learn new applications and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder interaction

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare domain (highly preferred)
• Knowledge of CRM data models and integration concepts
• Salesforce certifications (Health Cloud / Marketing Cloud) are a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹273,010.45 - ₹1,807,286.98 per year
