Role Overview

We are hiring a Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud Consultant to design and implement scalable solutions for manufacturing clients. The role requires strong hands-on experience in Manufacturing Cloud, Sales Cloud customization, ERP integrations, and solution architecture, along with solid knowledge of manufacturing business processes.

Key Responsibilities
Implement and configure Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud (Sales Agreements, Advanced Forecasting, Rebate Management, Account Planning).
Lead requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
Design data models, security frameworks, and automation using Flows.
Develop architecture blueprints and integration frameworks.
Integrate Salesforce with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics) using REST/SOAP APIs.
Support UAT, deployment, and post-go-live enhancements.
Mentor developers and collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience in Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Model, Sales Cloud, Apex, LWC, and Flows.
Experience with ERP integrations and API-based integrations.
Understanding of B2B sales processes, forecasting, channel management, and rebate programs.
Strong stakeholder communication skills.
Preferred Domain Experience
Discrete/Process Manufacturing, Automotive, Industrial Equipment, or Consumer Goods.
Nice to Have
CRM Analytics (Tableau), Field Service, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, Experience Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud Accreditation.
