Realatte Ventures is a fast-growing organization focused on creating seamless digital experiences through innovative marketing automation and CRM capabilities. We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to support the design, development, and optimization of our marketing automation journeys and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) components including Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Cloud Pages.
• Build and customize responsive email templates, landing pages, and microsites using HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and SSJS.
• Create and implement automated email journeys, customer segmentation, and personalized communication flows.
• Set up and maintain data extensions, audience segmentation, and relational data models.
• Use SQL queries within SFMC to manage, clean, and transform campaign data.
• Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM and other platforms using APIs, Marketing Cloud Connect, and other integration tools.
• Monitor deliverability, campaign performance, and automation workflows while ensuring best practices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues within automations, journeys, and campaign configurations.
• Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and product teams to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.

Key Requirements:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.
• Strong proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, HTML/CSS, and SQL for data manipulation.
• Experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and related SFMC modules.
• Good understanding of Marketing Cloud Connect and CRM integrations.
• Experience working with segmentation, dynamic content, and personalization logic.
• Familiarity with API-based integrations (REST/SOAP) is a plus.
• Salesforce Certification in Marketing Cloud Email Specialist / Marketing Cloud Developer preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
