Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our team in Borivali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing personalized marketing automation campaigns using SFMC, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce CRM and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement multi-channel campaigns (Email, SMS, Push) using SFMC.
· Build and manage Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Email Studio campaigns.
· Write and optimize AMPscript, SQL queries, and SSJS for personalization and dynamic content.
· Maintain data extensions, filters, and audience segmentation.
· Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM and external systems via APIs.
· Conduct campaign testing, troubleshooting, and ensure deliverability best practices.
· Collaborate with marketing, design, and tech teams to deliver impactful campaigns.

Requirements
· 3–6 years of hands-on experience in SFMC Development.
· Strong knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS.
· Proficiency in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Content Builder.
· Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP).
· Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and data model.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently at client site.
· SFMC certification (Developer / Email Specialist) preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
