Job Title: Salesforce Project Manager

Requirements:

Minimum 3 Years of Experience on Project Managing

• Lead Salesforce implementation projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and budget compliance.
• Define project plans, milestones, risks, and resource allocation in collaboration with technical leads and business stakeholders.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, business users, Salesforce consultants/developers, and vendor partners.
• Drive requirement-gathering workshops and translate business needs into project deliverables.
• Manage sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming using Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies.
• Oversee configuration, customization, integration, and data migration activities.
• Monitor project risks/issues, create mitigation plans, and ensure transparent reporting.
• Ensure quality assurance, UAT, and successful deployment/adoption of Salesforce solutions.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members.
• Track project KPIs and ensure compliance with governance standards (e.g., GDPR, Pharma compliance, IT policies).

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
