Salesforce Quality Analyst

India

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce QA Engineer to join our QA team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our Salesforce applications by designing, implementing, and executing test plans and scripts. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to identify issues and improve system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review business requirements, functional specifications, and technical designs to develop detailed test cases and test scripts.
  • Perform manual and automated testing for Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
  • Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, Visualforce pages, Apex classes/triggers, Lightning components, and integrations.
  • Execute test cases and document test results, defects, and root cause analysis.
  • Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks (if applicable).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Conduct regression, smoke, sanity, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, testing standards, and data governance policies.
  • Use tools like JIRA, TestRail, Selenium, Provar, Postman, WorkBench, or Salesforce Inspector for defect tracking and test management.
  • Participate in production validation and post-release testing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer, with at least 2 years in Salesforce QA testing.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem, including declarative tools and programmatic elements.
  • Experience with manual testing and test automation tools for Salesforce (e.g., Provar, Selenium).
  • Familiarity with APIs, REST/SOAP services, and tools like Postman for testing integrations.
  • Knowledge of SOQL, Salesforce Data Loader, and Salesforce Inspector.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Salesforce QA Automation Specialist).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, and Bitbucket.
  • Knowledge of testing Salesforce Lightning components.
  • Experience with cloud-based QA environments and tools.
  • Background in test automation scripting (Java, Python, etc.) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
