Salesforce Reporting & Data Analyst

The Salesforce Reporting & Data Analyst supports organizational reporting and analytics within Salesforce. This role focuses on building and maintaining dashboards, generating cross-object and recurring reports, and ensuring CRM data is accurate and structured to support operational decision-making.

This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills who enjoys working with data and collaborating with teams to improve reporting visibility across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Dashboard Support (Primary Focus)

• Build and optimize reports, dashboards, and KPIs for leadership and operational teams
• Develop cross-object and advanced reports to support forecasting and performance tracking
• Track KPIs related to revenue, programs, events, and engagement
• Support forecasting and performance tracking efforts
• Modify and improve existing dashboards for clarity and usability
• Assist with ad hoc reporting requests

Data Accuracy & CRM Support

• Monitor data integrity and assist with data cleanup initiatives
• Support imports, exports, and deduplication efforts
• Ensure consistent data entry practices and naming conventions
• Identify discrepancies that may impact reporting accuracy

Team Collaboration

• Work with departments to understand reporting needs
• Provide guidance on accessing and interpreting reports
• Support documentation of report definitions and KPI metrics

Qualifications

• 3 – 5 years of Salesforce, CRM, or reporting experience
• Strong experience building complex Salesforce reports and dashboards
• Understanding of CRM architecture, objects, and data relationships
• Experience with data imports (Data Loader or similar tools)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
