We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable customer service solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Service Cloud configurations, and integrations, along with experience supporting enterprise-grade Salesforce implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud features including Cases, Flows, Omni-Channel, and Knowledge
- Design and implement Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and custom solutions
- Configure and maintain automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules
- Build and manage integrations with external systems using Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Support deployments, bug fixes, enhancements, and production support activities
- Collaborate with Salesforce Architects, Admins, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure code quality, performance optimization, security compliance, and adherence to Salesforce best practices
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD processes
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
- Proven experience with Service Cloud configuration and customization
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and version control systems
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, governor limits, and performance tuning
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Developer and/or Service Cloud certifications
- Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
