🚀 Salesforce Solution Architect – Health Cloud | Hybrid (Cambridge – 3 days on-site)


Coders Connect is proud to be partnering with a leading global pharmaceutical innovator at the forefront of digital transformation in patient services. We’re on the hunt for a Salesforce Solution Architect to join a high-impact, mission-driven team working on one of the most complex Salesforce Health Cloud implementations in the life sciences industry .

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Toronto (3 days on-site, 2 remote), supporting major therapeutic areas including oncology and immunology across multiple agile delivery workstreams.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the technical architecture of a sophisticated Health Cloud platform, ensuring it's scalable, extensible, and aligned with long-term business needs
  • Lead the design of OmniStudio-based solutions , including OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors
  • Navigate and support multiple agile delivery trains across therapeutic areas — balancing enhancements, greenfield modules, and shared components
  • Guide solution delivery across internal teams and external vendors , challenging implementation decisions when needed
  • Ensure compliance with best practices, governance, and architectural principles in a highly regulated healthcare environment
  • Contribute to the evolution of the platform , with hands-on input into branching strategies, DevOps, testing frameworks, and release processes


Must-Haves

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect (or very senior Salesforce engineer with architectural mindset)
  • Hands-on expertise with OmniStudio (or Vlocity) — particularly OmniScripts , Integration Procedures , and DataRaptors
  • Solid background with Salesforce Health Cloud or another Salesforce cloud (e.g. Service, Financial, etc.)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — able to influence delivery decisions and defend architectural direction
  • Experience with complex Salesforce programs involving multiple orgs, parallel release trains , or shared codebases
  • Comfortable working in large cross-functional teams (product, delivery, compliance, engineering)


🌟 Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in the life sciences or healthcare domain
  • Background working on Patient Support Programs , CRM integrations with partners (e.g., co-pay, benefits, dispense)
  • Familiarity with tools like Snowflake , Informatica iPaaS , AWS S3 , or DevOps pipelines
  • Exposure to HIPAA , GxP , or GDPR regulations and compliance frameworks
