About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Sales Cloud. The ideal candidate should have a proven record of designing, customizing, and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, with a deep understanding of Field Service Lightning architecture, scheduling, mobile capabilities, and integrations. This is a key hands on technical role based in Dubai, requiring immediate availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in requirement gathering sessions and business process analysis with stakeholders.
- Design and implement scalable, customized Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Field Service Lightning (FSL) functionality.
- Customize and build Salesforce FSL applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, APIs, Custom Objects, Workflows, and Validations.
- Configure FSL Scheduling & Optimization, including scheduling policies, work rules, and service objectives.
- Manage Work Order and Service Appointment life cycles, including bulk scheduling, dispatch, rescheduling, and unscheduled management.
- Configure and manage FSL Mobile App capabilities (including offline architecture) and integrate with Salesforce Mobile App or third party mobile applications.
- Handle resource management, including contractors, timesheets, operating hours, and shift/territory setups.
- Manage inventory and logistics operations within FSL (returns, requests, and tracking).
- Set up and configure Preventive Maintenance and the Dispatcher Gantt Chart for efficient scheduling.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure high quality, optimized, and compliant development standards.
- Provide technical guidance and advisory support to the project team on complex configuration and implementation issues.
- Offer post implementation support, user training, and ongoing client advisory.
- Configure Live Chat / Omni Channel as part of Salesforce Service Cloud setup.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure smooth integrations and aligned project delivery.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) / Salesforce Field Service (SFS) configuration and customization.
- Strong understanding of FSL Scheduling and Optimization, including work rules, objectives, and service territories.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and API Integrations.
- Deep knowledge of FSL architecture, work order management, dispatcher console, and field operations lifecycle.
- Hands on experience with Salesforce Field Service Mobile App, including offline capabilities.
- Experience configuring Live Chat / Omni Channel within Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ will be considered an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple projects, and adapt quickly in dynamic client environments.
