Key Responsibilities
- Lead QA efforts for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud projects
- Define test scope, create detailed test cases, and ensure full coverage across workflows, configurations, and data models
- Manage and mentor QA testers, assign tasks, and review deliverables
- Oversee defect lifecycle using tools like JIRA and ALM, ensuring timely resolution
- Execute smoke, functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to validate requirements and provide QA sign-off
- Represent QA in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Establish and refine QA processes, metrics, and best practices
- Prepare and present test status reports, defect metrics, and risk assessments to stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Proven expertise in manual test planning, case design, and execution
- Proficiency in QA tools: JIRA, ALM, and test management platforms
- Deep understanding of QA methodologies: smoke, functional, regression, integration, and UAT
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder preferred)
- Experience in Salesforce transformation, migration, or integration projects
- Familiarity with automation concepts/tools (though this is a primarily manual role)

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Up to ₹125,000.00 per month
