We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales girl to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in perfume sales and a passion for the fragrance industry. As a Perfume Salesman, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of perfumes to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting the perfect fragrance based on their preferences and needs.
• Provide expert advice on various perfumes, including their notes, longevity, and suitability for different occasions.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and keep up-to-date with new fragrance releases and industry trends.
• Actively engage with customers to build rapport, understand their preferences, and encourage repeat business.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales area, including product displays and tester units.
• Participate in regular inventory counts and assist in restocking shelves as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist in promotional events, product launches, and other marketing initiatives to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in perfume sales, preferably in a retail environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for the fragrance industry and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
