Job Title: Salesman

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new customers such as dealers, contractors, builders, and end users.
• Promote and sell roofing sheets and related products.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on orders and payments.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Collect market feedback and report competitor activities.
• Coordinate with the office and delivery team for timely dispatch.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales (building materials preferred).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of roofing sheets or construction materials.
• Ability to travel locally and meet customers regularly.
• Basic record-keeping and follow-up skills.

Preferred Qualities

• Honest, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
• Strong customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to work in the field.
