Job Summary:
Power Bros is seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives. This role involves introducing homeowners to our exterior cleaning services—including pressure washing, window cleaning, and property maintenance—and helping them schedule service appointments. The ideal candidate is courteous, patient, reliable, and willing to work diligently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Walk assigned neighborhoods to introduce homeowners to Power Bros services.
• Clearly explain our services such as pressure washing, window cleaning, and exterior property cleaning.
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate information about pricing and scheduling.
• Generate leads and book service appointments.
• Maintain a professional and respectful attitude when speaking with homeowners.
• Track interactions, leads, and scheduled jobs.
• Represent the Power Bros brand with professionalism and integrity.
• Work with team members to ensure scheduled jobs are properly communicated.

• Demonstrate patience when answering questions or handling objections.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and willingness to work outdoors for extended periods.
• Be reliable and punctual for scheduled shifts.

• Strive to meet daily or weekly lead and appointment goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with new people.
• Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required. (Training provided)
• Ability to walk for extended periods while canvassing neighborhoods.

Compensation:

Commission or performance based pay. Ask for details in the interview.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
