Industry: Joinery / Carpentry / Interior Fit-Out
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the joinery and carpentry market
- Promote and sell custom woodwork solutions to contractors, designers, developers, and end clients
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and project consultations
- Understand drawings, BOQs, and specifications to prepare accurate quotations
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals effectively
- Coordinate with production, design, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain a strong client database and follow up on leads like a professional, not a ghost
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in joinery & carpentry sales
- Strong understanding of wood materials, finishes, and joinery techniques
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- English Language proficiency is the most
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Valid driving license preferred
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset
- Good computer skills (CRM, MS Office)
Experience
- Minimum 2–4 years in joinery or interior fit-out sales preferred
