Salesman cum Mobile Phone Technician

Future Bytes Computer Trading LLC is seeking a skilled Salesman cum Mobile Phone Technician who has strong experience in both mobile phones & accessories retail sales and repair services. The ideal candidate should be technically sound in repairing smartphones and tablets while also being confident in handling customers, promoting products, and closing sales. This role requires a balanced combination of technical expertise and sales ability.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

• Attend to walk-in customers and understand their product and service requirements.
• Sell mobile phones, tablets, accessories, and repair services.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to store revenue growth.
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and after-sales support.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Technical Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mobile phones and tablets at both hardware and software levels.
• Perform repairs such as screen replacement, battery replacement, charging port issues, and water damage repairs.
• Troubleshoot software issues including flashing, OS installation, and unlocking.
• Ensure all repair work is completed efficiently and meets quality standards.
• Maintain proper records of repairs, sales, and spare parts usage.

Requirements / Desired Candidate Profile:

• Proven sales experience in the GCC/UAE market (mandatory).
• Proven experience in mobile phone repair (hardware & software).
• Good knowledge of Android and iOS devices.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to manage both sales and technical tasks independently.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE/GCC will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
