Job Description:

Grand Pack is a distributor of disposable food packaging products (plastic, paper & aluminum containers, foil rolls, cling film, sandwich paper, cleaning & hygiene products and more), is looking for a Salesman to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of products directly to restaurants, cafeterias, catering companies & groceries across the UAE. This is a field-based role requiring extensive travel and hands-on sales activity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers and sell products.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Promote and sell company products to meet sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records.
• Identify new sales opportunities and report market trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or FMCG field sales (preferably in food packaging/disposable products).
• Strong network of pre-existing clients including restaurant groups, catering companies in Sharjah & Dubai regions.
• Valid UAE manual driving license mandatory.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work independently and manage routes efficiently.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 2000 - 3000 / month
• Commission: Attractive commission structure based on sales performance
• Visa: Provided by the company

Pay: From AED 2,000 - 3,000 / per month + commission

Experience:

• SALES: 2 to 4 years (Required)

• Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi, English, Arabic

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Required)
