Salesman-Gents Section

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Salesman for our Gents Section. The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of retail sales experience, preferably in men's clothing, fabrics, garments, or fashion retail. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, achieving sales targets, maintaining product displays, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in selecting products according to their needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of men's clothing, fabrics, styles, and current fashion trends.
• Achieve individual and departmental sales targets.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the section remains clean and organized.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
• Promote new arrivals, seasonal collections, and ongoing promotions.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for replenishment.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a gents garments, fabrics, or fashion store.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and selling abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and POS systems.
• Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude.
• Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc) qualification; Bachelor's degree will be an advantage.
