Job Title: Sales & Helper – Mobile Accessories & IT Products Wholesale Shop

Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Sales & Helper with experience in Mobile Accessories and IT Products. The ideal candidate will support sales operations, assist wholesale customers, manage inventory, and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers and wholesale clients with product selection and inquiries
• Promote and sell mobile accessories, IT products, and related solutions
• Provide product information and recommend suitable products based on customer requirements
• Handle sales transactions, quotations, and order processing
• Maintain product displays and ensure proper stock arrangement
• Receive, organize, and monitor inventory levels
• Assist with packing, labeling, and preparing customer orders
• Support daily shop operations and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Follow up with customers and help build long-term business relationships

Requirements

• Good experience in Mobile Accessories or IT Products sales is mandatory
• Knowledge of smartphones, accessories, computer peripherals, networking products, and related IT items
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and close sales effectively
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales systems
• Responsible, hardworking, and team-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in wholesale electronics or IT product sales
• Knowledge of current mobile and IT market trends
• Ability to manage stock and assist with inventory control
