Salesman HORECA

We are looking for an experienced HoReCa Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering market in the UAE and experience selling food or non-food products. The candidate must be proactive, customer-focused, and capable of meeting monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and grow business with Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Caterers, and Food Service Companies
• Conduct regular customer visits and generate new sales leads
• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure timely collection of payments
• Maintain strong relations with purchasing managers and kitchen teams
• Prepare daily market visit reports and update customer pipeline
• Coordinate with the operations team for timely delivery of orders

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years HoReCa sales experience in UAE (food or non-food)
• Strong knowledge of UAE hotel & restaurant market
• Malayalam speaker preferred
• Valid UAE driving license and ability to drive
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Experience in handling cash/collection is an advantage
