Job Summary
The Salesman (Logistics Helper) supports daily logistics and sales-related activities by assisting drivers, warehouse staff, and sales personnel in loading, unloading, delivery support, and basic customer coordination. The role is operational and support-based rather than direct sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in loading and unloading goods during deliveries
- Support drivers during delivery routes and customer visits
- Help in arranging, packing, and checking goods
- Assist in collecting delivery documents, invoices, and signatures
- Communicate basic information to customers as instructed
- Support warehouse activities such as sorting and stock handling
- Follow instructions from supervisors, drivers, and sales staff
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of vehicles and work areas
- Comply with company rules, safety standards, and procedures
Qualifications & Requirements
- Basic education
- Previous experience as a helper, delivery assistant, or warehouse helper is an advantage
- Ability to perform physical work and handle loads
- Willingness to work long hours, shifts, and overtime if required
- Basic communication skills (English or local language)
