Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Salesman to promote and sell our tea, spices, and biscuit products. The ideal candidate will build strong customer relationships, achieve sales targets, and ensure product visibility in the market.

Key Responsibilities

· Visit retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to promote and sell products.

· Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper display at shops.

· Achieve monthly sales targets and market coverage goals.

· Collect market feedback and competitor information.

· Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

· Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.

· Prepare and submit daily sales reports to the supervisor.

· Coordinate with delivery/logistics team for smooth supply to customers.

· Note: Honest, Pious Capable candidates will be preferred.

Qualifications

Matric Intermediate Bachelor’s degree will be a plus.

Skills Required

· Strong communication and convincing skills.

· Knowledge of FMCG market, especially food products.

· Negotiation and relationship-building skills.

· Basic record-keeping and reporting ability.

· Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
