Job Title: Outdoor Sales Representative (Salon & Barber Supplies)

Location: Muscat, Oman (with travel to surrounding regions)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and target-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, visiting salons and barber shops to showcase our product range, secure orders, and build lasting client relationships.

The ideal candidate will be an energetic individual passionate about field sales, route planning, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Client Acquisition

- Conduct daily field visits to hair salons, beauty salons, and barber shops to promote and sell company products.

- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

- Take accurate customer orders on-site and coordinate with the logistics team for timely delivery.

- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.

2. Vehicle Care & Maintenance

- Responsibly operate the company-provided sales vehicle for daily field operations.

- Conduct mandatory routine inspections of the vehicle (fluid levels, tire pressure, cleanliness, and general condition) before and after shifts.

- Ensure the vehicle is driven safely, adhering to all local traffic laws, and report any maintenance needs or issues immediately.

3. Company Interest & Asset Protection

- Act with the utmost integrity to protect the financial and material interests of the company.

- Manage order documentation, invoices, and cash/payment collections accurately and securely.

- Monitor competitor activity and market trends in the assigned territory and report feedback to management.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Prior experience in outdoor sales, FMCG van sales, or the beauty/salon industry is a strong advantage, but passionate freshers are welcome to apply.

Visa Status: Must currently reside in Oman with a transferable visa and a valid NOC.

License: Must possess a valid Omani driving license.

Language Skills:

Fluent in English and Arabic (Required).

Professional proficiency in Bengali is a distinct advantage / plus point.

Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent time management and route planning abilities.

Terms: Position includes a standard 3-month probation period to evaluate sales targets and vehicle care performance.

Pay: From RO200.000 per month

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

  • Sales: 1 year (Required)
